Pinelawn i know i am already accepted there i keep getting papers about to order my plot it is normally for people who were in the service, marines,army,navy i am approved because of my father he was in the navy and when he god for bid passes on someday thats where he will be and he worked it out that the whole family will get a plot there.

Buried....My uncle was cremated and had his ashes spread ....I HATE it...I feel sad I cant visit him as I can my other Uncle who was buried...My Daughter was buried and I go there often. Its very healing.
Although DH's Dad was creamted, Mom has his ashes and they feel a connection that way to him...

I hate thinking about this, makes me so sad. I will most likely be in Calverton. My father is a vet!

i feel the complete opposite way about it.. when my mom's dad died, they took some of his ashes to where his favorite teams played, green bay and the yankees...and the rest are in the white mountains in new hampshire....my grandma passed away a few years before him and we spread her ashes around the white mountains too
