FINALLY!!!!!! News about our Short Sale!
I'm not sure how many of you will even remember this. We put an offer on a Short Sale way back in NOVEMBER!! There were 2 mortgages on the house and finally after months and months of contracts and negotiating, our offer is FINALIZED AND ACCEPTED!!!!!!!
Our Closing Date is set for 4/30 but it may get delayed for a few more days in order for our mortgage to be finalized.
YAY! Share my happiness with me!!!!
We are renovating the downstairs apartment and I have to paint/decorate upstairs so I will be asking a LOT of questions!

I'm so happy to move out of NJ!!!!!!! I have missed Long Island so much and i'll be 1 mile from my Niece and Nephew!

i know how hard the waiting is, we are up to day 91 of waiting 
How did you get a response from the mortgages companies? The REAs are calling the banks constantly but nothing - now they are having the seller and title company calling the two banks as well....not sure if that will help any......
It is SO GOOD to hear a success story!!! Yayayayaya!!

Honestly, it was such a long and agonizing waiting game. Just be prepared because once they give you an answer, they want everything taken care of immediately. We just got our answer on Tuesday and are already closing next Thursday. It's ABSURD!
