Finding a hard time getting #2 into a schedule
With DD#1 I found it much easier to get her into a nap and sleep schedule simply because she was the only one I had to worry about. Now that she's 3.5 she goes to nursery school 3x/week, ballet class once a week and we are also involved in a very active playgroup. Naturally DD#2 has to come and tag along so 12wks into it and I still haven't established any naptimes yet as she just sleeps in the car because we are out and about very often. Her nighttime sleep habits are also still very erratic sometimes she goes 6hrs sometimes 3 which I'm wondering if it is because we don't have a daytime routine yet. I'm returning to work in 2 weeks and DH and I are starting to stress over how throwing a work schedule into the mix is going to work out. I felt so much more organized returning to work @ 10wks with my first. This time I have 14wks and feel like I had no time to do anything !

You're not alone. #2 here just turned 5 mos and still don't feel like he has a nap schedule meanwhile Ellie had such a routine way before that point.
