Finger foods?
i'm having a party on saturday and need some recipes for finger foods, or anything that isn't messy. i'm looking for appetizer-type stuff.

Hot Artichoke & Spinach Dip
Stromboli
Hot crabmeat dip
Sweet Beer Hot Dogs
Deviled Eggs
Bean dip/Hummus with Pita Chips
Cheese & crackers
Proscutto wrapped asparagus
Stuffed mushrooms

I do Thai chicken balls. I made it for a party a month ago and it was a big hit! I now use the recipe for chicken burgers.
Sadly I do not have the exact recipe with me at the moment, but here is what it is from memory.
1 pound of chicken mince
2 tablespoons of sweet chili sauce (not sure if you can get this in the US, but it is kind of sweet-like a duck sauce.
2-3 (I think) Tablespoons of soy sauce (this is the one item I am unsure about).
1 cup grated carrots
1/2 red bell pepper diced
3 spring onions sliced, bottom part only
Handful Fresh Coriander
Breadcrumbs. Enough to make it bind
Salt and Pepper to taste.
Roll into balls and fry them up. Serve with Sweet chili dipping sauce.
Here is a pic of the sweet chili sauce, b/c I am not sure if they have it in the US.
You can order it online. The stuff is amazing!
