Fingernails & toes..
Does the color always have to match?
Unless my nails are painted clear or a neutral sheer color, I am so anal about having the colors on my fingernails & toes match.
Is anyone else like this?

Nope! Sometimes they match and other times they don't. In the summer, I will sometimes get a darker or bright color on my toes and then a neutral/light pink on my hands!

Yes...or be somewhat close in color. For example, I have french on my toes and a pale pink color on my fingernails but not french. I don't like when someone has bright red on their hands and french on their toes.

my fingers and toes rarely match. I haven't had color on my fingernails in months. my toes have "Fiji" on them most of the spring & summer. i love that color!

I co-ordinate the colors. I like my toes to be darker then my fingers so I'll have a lt pink on my nails and a dark pink on my toes. But I won't have brown toes & pink fingers.

They don't have to match per se, but I think it looks silly if you have a dark red nail polish on your toes and pink on your fingernails...I think there are certain colors that can be matched. Lately I've been getting a french pedi and leaving my fingernails painted with a clear nail polish.

I do my nails more often than my toes- so when I get a mani/pedi- they match.
But after a week the mani needs to be redone- and I like to switch the color up because I get bored.
So for the next week they don't match.
No biggie for me though.

I wouldn't go with dark brown on my nails and a purple on my toes, but they don't have to go perfectly. I think you could do pink and coral, red and french, flesh tone and dark coffee, for example if you don't want to same color on your fingers and toes.

I would match, but I get clear on my fingernails because I don't have long nails. But I always get a color on my toes. I think I might go french soon but I hate that it always chips so quickly!
