my periods were so heavy before i went on the pill...when i went off i expected it to be a mess. Surprisingly it wasnt..and now they're very light which has me concerned...

I'm nervous about that too...We shall see this week, if it's even on time. I'm hoping it's not that bad, b/c I remember it being bad before the BCP.

My first month off the pill I got AF twice 12 days apart and were very heavy. It's been 8 cycles and now they are as light as they were when I was on the pill.

I went of BCP many years ago for a few months and it was so heavy and very long. This time it has been very very light with very long cycles.

My first 2 AF's off of BCP were extremely heavy, like bleeding through a tampon and through my jeans heavy (sorry, TMI) but since then it has been normal and not bad at all. I hope you have the same experience!

It took me about 3 months to even get AF and it was heavier than normal. But after a couple of months it got much better.
