First Re appt ... I feel better
Well we met with dr. sung and we feel better now that we have a plan now. Of course i cried during our appt and she felt horrible. When i left i felt really good knowing we had a plan. DH even told me when we got in the car.. "i like her she is really nice and explained things so he could understand". So here is our plan:
Starting this cycle since im still awaiting AF:
Friday 10 am husband has SA - she said she would even freeze this sample for IUI if we want to. but i think we might just use a fresh sample for that if needed. What do you think? Reason being husband has hard time working under pressure.
I call CD1 (whenever that might be) to her office to schedule CD3 blood work, and to radiologist to schedule HSG test. EEk im so nervous because i heard how painful it is.
Our homework from RE is to discuss the option of starting clomid this cycle with HSG diagnostic or next cycle. And decide if we want to freeze the sperm. She did blood work on both DH and I but no exam. I asked about monitoring on clomid and she said that i will be having a lot of monitoring and at times it might feel like im going in there daily for check up. So im excited to know we have a plan. thanks girls i feel so much better like you all said. Im open to any openions on the above questions.

Congrats! I am glad you are feeling very comfortable...
DH and I also went to see Dr. Sung last week for our first appt... we already have had our blood work done and my CD3 sono...
I totally feel the same way you do about her... she explains everything so well and I feel very comfortable with her so far!
Good Luck! I am glad someone else on here is starting at the same time as me!

Oh and I want to add that so far the office staff are so friendly and helpful!!
I got a little nervous from reading all the reviews on here but DH and I are very happy so far! Its so convenient being right next to the train station so we can hop on it to go to work right after our appts!

Oh awesome lets keep in touch!! She is very good at explaining things. i couldnt believe DH was even asking questions. Did they call you with your blood work from your first appt. or your CD3 work up?

They told me it would be about 3 days since they took like 8 things of blood for me, but only 2 for DH... and since it was our 1st blood work with them.
Def lets keep in touch...

I am so glad you felt the office feeling better! It puts you in a much better frame of mind to have a plan.
My HSG wasn't painful at all.
