first response fertility test
not sure if this was ever posted about ....... but does anyone know anything about the First Response Fertility Test?
Can it really tell you if you are physically able to conceive?
ETA: It says not to use if you use BCP in the last 60 days-- so, not for the ladies recently off BCP.

I haven't gone off my BCP yet so I can't try it....

I too just got the this test and was wondering the same thing. I missed the day 3 test so now I have to wait till next month.. but hopefully not if It worked this month.. I will keep you posted.

That's expensive. Since I just started swallowing those silly BC pills again, I cannot try it for you. Let us know if you find out any more information.

i guess but the way i see it is that i pay $15 at the dr. co-pay and then another $15 if they do bloodwork so this is actually cheaper LOL
not that you get the exact same results or response but could put your mind at ease

I actually think it's a bad, bad idea. I think it just feeds into the TTC obsession, and I really don't think it tells you anything significant since FSH levels can fluctuate month to month. JMO from someone who dealt with IF and cannot get pregnant without serious medical intervention.

I agree w above...
I think it's just a more simple & partial CD3 test...and if you are really of advanced age/expect your reserve to be low, it may be reasonable to seek MD help earlier.
And I love too pee on sticks (probably spent over $500 on Ovulation predictors)...
