First time chaperoning school trip - any tips?
Going with DS' kindergarten class to Norwalk Aquarium - any tips? I'll have 4-5 kids in my group.

4-5 kids? Oh boy. I had 3 preschoolers one time (one my own) and I was so nervous lol.
Maybe have them hold hands if you go places that are crowded.
I am sure you will be fine though, have fun

When I chaperone I usually wear a crossbody bag to have my hands free. I carry on it hand sanitizer, wipes, band aids and tissues (besides my personal stuff), in case those are needed. Lots of patience, since every kid is different and at that age some get very distracted, or are slower, etc. Have questions in mind, where you can engage the kids. Have fun!
