First Tri girls..

How ya feeling??

Time to check in!

Morning sickness?
Headaches?
Tired?
Pain?
Other?

6Weeks 1/16
I’m still getting dizzy spells but not nearly as bad as that first day (the day I tested) just little world tipping here and there.

I’m getting a little forgetful of stuff, which is strange for me.

I’m starting to get extra tired (going to bed earlier that I used to) which isn’t a bad thing, I’m up to almost 7hours of sleep now (whoohoo)

I feel little tugs, like an imaginary tiny fist (half the size of my pinky nail) is reaching out and grabbing off bits of me, almost like you’d rip off a piece of cotton candy. Nothing really painful just feels odd.

Really hate the extra trips to tinkle. Including now in the early morning hours.

Since I have started my pre-natals I ‘go’ less. And since I take it at 10pm, I am starving by the morning.

Hope you all are feeling well and enjoying your ride!

Re: First Tri girls..

overall i am feeling good. i don't mind being tired all the time because it gives me an excuse to take naps constantly - which i loved to do before i was PG!

i am starting to feel nauseous but ritz crackers are helping (this morning anyway).

i am looking forward to going food shopping tonight because nothing in my house has been appealing to me at all. i am starving all the time but i just can't stomach the though of eating anything except raw fruits and veggies.

i really can't wait until DH's birthday - i will be over 8 weeks then and we are going to tell our friends, so long as the second sono looks good - so exciting!!!

Re: First Tri girls..

Honestly, I feel great. The morning sickness hasn't been too bad and the stretchy feeling in my stomach hasn't happend in a while. The only thing I can complain about is being tired all the time- thats really it!

Somedays I worry that maybe Im feeling too good, somedays Im confident that everything is okay.

Headaches? yes ~ i get these a few times a week...

Tired? alllllll the time

Pain? not really sometimes i feel the pulling sensation inside ~ like someone is inside and stretching me...

MOst of the time I even forget I'm pregnant. Don't have much symptoms. At 12 weeks I only feel extra tired and extra hungry at times.

Re: First Tri girls..

Hi girls-

At 7 weeks today I must say I just feel crummy. The nausea comes and goes all day. My boobies hurt and I am exhausted almost all the time but I am still loving it. I am glad I am not actually throwing up. The other night I was at the toilet gagging and dry heaving but nothing Chat Icon It was awful but nothing since then.

Other than that, feeling good. Looking forward to next Wed when I get to see him/her again! Chat Icon Chat Icon

I will be 7 weeks tomorrow.

I have had non stop nausea, dry heaves, no appetite, and constantly feeling Chat Icon A few times I've puked.

I went to the doctor on Tuesday b/c I was having cramps and just not feeling well. All seemed fine. He gave me a prescription for the nausea and it really seemed to help. I have to go today for more blood work so they can see if my beta's are multiplying.

Today I just feel so blah. I just want to go home, get in my PJ's and stay in bed

9 Weeks & I feel like I just got run over by a truck! - I am sooooooooooooooooooo tired all the time & cant sit & watch tv for more then 15 min without falling asleep! its quite annoying since I am missing so many of my favorite tv shows!

No nausea
No more stretchy feeling in my tummy.

I still have sore boobies though.

My hubby laughs because I can't stay up past 8:30 without complaining and my prenatals say I should not lie down for 30mins after taking it so I end up leaning against him on the couch with my head on his shoulder until he wakes me up to go to bed!!!

We record everything cause I know I'll miss it.

Hubby's been great, I give him a list of what I know I'm about to forget and in the morning he has every out for me!! Physical therapy clothes, lunch is ready, phone is recharged, ipod podcasts updated. he's so freaking awesome! Chat Icon

Re: First Tri girls..

11 weeks and I feel good. A little tired but otherwise I'm good to go. This pregnancy is going smoothly like my first. I do tend to crave salty over sweet which is the only real difference between #1 and #2.

Re: First Tri girls..

hi everyone! I'm the newbee! I am only 12 DPO...

I had really bad gas and digestive issues, but they've been clearing up over the last couple days.

I'm deep in the land of the pulling / stretching abdomen

but the most prominent thing?
the boob swelling! It's is ridiculous. I should star in a porn Chat Icon

Re: First Tri girls..

10 weeks today

Morning sickness - yes and sometimes it reappears in the evening

Tired not everyday but towards the end of the week. I am dreading tax season beginning working 11 hour days and Saturdays - I hear the tiredness should let up in 2nd trimester.

I don't sleep as well as i used to

Question - is it safe to sleep on the tummy at all?

Enjoy ladies!!!!!!!!!

I think it's okay until it is not comfortable anymore. I think the back is worse once the baby gets bigger.

Re: First Tri girls..

for the moms to be who used to sleep on their stomachs...

Maybe try investing in a bodypillow. You can sort of sleep on your stomach... but with the pillow wedged underneath you, you aren't applying any pressure on your belly or chest

it's also good to support our bellies as they grow, which relieves some back aches
