first trimester check-in!
I hate this wait! I just want the first trimester to be over.... and the increased risk of a miscarriage to finally be OVER.
Today I am officially at 6 weeks. Starting the 7th week tomorrow. so I'm only at the half way mark
how about you?

Re: first trimester check-in!
I am 8 weeks and I don't really feel any different except I sleep all the time and I have a tiny food aversion! No puking, sore boobs or any of that stuff. I am emotional though! I cried for 2 hours last night b/c DH accused me of losing our grater!!!! I made him come home from his friends b/c I was sad!

Re: first trimester check-in!
8W5d today
I am convincing myself that this is all great but not a guarantee until the 1st semester is done.
SOOO many friends and people I know have miscarried that I don't want to get overexcited until week 13.
So far I'm sailing, no nothing. Even my dizzy spells went away.
Saw the heart beat last Thursday and things look good, now if it can stay 'good' for another 5 weeks.

Today I went to put on a pair of jeans and they didnt fit Last time I wore those jeans was about a month ago and now I cant even zip them up. I am definately going to have to get the bella band or maternity pants

Re: first trimester check-in!
9 weeks and paranoid. Boobies are a little less sore, still nauseaus alllllll day long, and extremely exhausted. Between pregnancy and no caffeine I wonder how I get through life these days. Ultrascreen is 2/25 and I will be until then.

Re: first trimester check-in!
Today I am 8w6d. I feel pretty good. MS has moved from a daily thing, to an every other day thing. Dr. gave me Zofran so I am not sitting around feeling miserable all day. My boobs are still sensitive (since the day after I got my BFP). I have my next appointment Feb 15th for some blood work and to hear the heart beat. Then, we have a sonogram the following week.

Re: first trimester check-in!
4 weeks 3 days...and I have some mild cramping on and off. I'm not really that tired yet, and the m/s hasn't kicked in yet. I'm just in the nervous phase-wanting everything to be perfect.
1st trimester su*ks with the waiting.

Re: first trimester check-in!
I heard that m/s is partially hereditary... my mom never experienced it, so I was HOPING I'd get away with it....
but last night, my food aversions were getting pretty intense, and I felt a bit queezy. The smell of garlic powder nearly sent me over the edge
I felt better, though, after I got some bland food....

Re: first trimester check-in!
I'm 6w 3d today. Only consistent symptom is huge, very sore breasts - like I can't walk down the stairs sore! I have food cravings and hyper sensitive sense of smell on and off. No ms, knock wood! I'm tired, but not completely fatigued. This weekend I realized that I'm getting tired easier - I was doing some housework and had to go and sit down a few times. I'm just feeling very lazy and then guilty for it!
Had some crazy baby dreams these past few days - in one we saw the baby on the sonogram screen - he looked like a caricature of Steve Carell with a huge nose. But I kept telling DH "He has your eyes!"
Had a sonogram at 5w 4d to rule out an ectopic and saw the sac in the uterus where it should be. Next appointment at 7w 4d! Hopefully we'll see the heartbeat.

Re: first trimester check-in!
Feeling much better today after visiting the ER. Had another sono there and measured 9w2d. The baby was actually moving! It was incredible. I am feeling a little more energetic thelast few days but the evening sickness is the pits. I go to bed to escape it. Boobies feel a little better, still having discharge, and excited about the growing baby bump.

Re: first trimester check-in!
I am 7 weeks and 3 days had my sono where i heard the little jellybeans heartbeat.
Feeling nausea a lot in the evening more than in the morning. I can barely eat in the evening. Also feeling tired. My son will be 1 yr 3 months when baby number 2 arrives.
I am still scared out of my mind and still in shock.
