First Trimester Yeast Infection
Anyone actually get treated for a yeast infection in the first trimester? My doctor says its okay to treat (7 day treatment) but I think other doctors say not to treat in first trimester. Anyone BTDT?

I think it's fine to treat at any point during your pregnancy.

Re: First Trimester Yeast Infection
I had to suffer through one my first trimester. My doc would not treat it at all. But I think my doc is very conservative during the first tri. I got a topical cream to out outside to help with discomfort but nothing to get rid of it.
I am sure if a doc is saying its okay then it is. Mine was just very conservative.

Re: First Trimester Yeast Infection
Thanks all, I'm debating what to do....I'm super uncomfortable but worried that not all doctors think this should be treated in first tri.
