Flabby tummy exercises
What are good exercises to tighten my tummy muscles and lose the flab?
Thanks!

Re: Flabby tummy exercises
cardio. you need to run.
and crunches. leg lifts. I have a medicine ball and an exercise ball at home that I use. I love holding the big exercise ball between my legs and lifting them up as I raise my shoulders off the ground. KILLER but it works.
standard cruches, bicycle kicks, single and double legs lifts.
someone better than I can probably explain this more clearly.

If you're up for doing a 20 min video, I really like Rodney Yee's Yoga for Abs workout.

Gosh I hate running...and I was on a track team in highschool too...I guess I'll take Max out for an evening run with me as soon as it gets warm
Thanks everyone!

if you want, one or two days out of the week we can meet up and run along the Hudson river park.
I love running down there!
just bring baby wipes and a wash cloth. a wh0 re's bath will do just fine if you don't have a shower

Re: Flabby tummy exercises
When I was fanatical about doing Pilates, about 4 times a week, it made such a radical difference in my body, particularly my tummy, which as always been soft.
