Sorry - it's not in the title so I don't want to make anyone angry.
When D Gibbons the cupcake lady was in - did you notice in her flashback that she was saying talk to Agent Noh, talk to Agent Noh - so wouldn't that mean he's alive in April???
eta: Did you also get the feeling that Noh will be the dad of the other FBI agent's child? The one who flash forwarded to a sonogram?
I thought about that too... Unless he dies right before the flash and she doesn't know it yet? 
I totally think he is the father too! If he does die that would explain why she was crying so much during the sonogram!
