Fleece snowsuits?
Maybe a dumb question, but...
DD will be 18 months this winter and goes all over, and I think she will LOVE to play in the snow (we go upstate during the winter too, where there's tons). I wanted to get a fleece snowsuit, since they're a bit cheaper and look more flexible, but will it keep her warm enough & repel moisture enough if she's playing in the snow?
Or do I need to just get a regular snowsuit?
Also, how do snowsuits run, size-wise? She's still in 12-18 months clothes, but I bought her an 18-24 months winter coat. What size snowsuit would you buy?

DD had one last year from LL Bean that I think would be perfect for what you're looking for. She only "played" in the snow once with it, but it definitely kept her dry.
Trail Model Fleece Hooded Coveralls
I totally see C in these colors, too!

Gosh, you know me soooo well!!! I love my girl in the "cool color" family.
You think fleece would keep her dry? Or would it absorb it?

Re: Fleece snowsuits?
I just bought one from lands end for my dd. I figured by the time that it would get wet to the point of soaking it would be time to take the baby inside anyway because of the cold.
I am actually going to put her in it today to take a walk!
