Fluffernutter Cookies!

These look delish thanks! Do you think the chocolate drizzle part can be microwaved instead of melted in the bowl over the pot?

Absolutely, that is how I did it the first time. Yesterday I just took an entire chocolate wafer (round ones) and stuck it right into the middle of the fluff. It was less work than drizzling. The drizzling looks nicer though
