I flew in my 1st trimester. Shouldn't be a problem, just check with your doctor.

I flew 8 hrs to Italy and back and was fine, a little nauseous, but ok!

I was a flight attendant when I was pregnant with #1 and flew throughout both 1st and 2nd trimesters.

My doc said it was ok...we are actually on vacation in CA right now and we're flying home tomorrow. My doc just said to walk around the plane if I could.
