Re: flying with 3 month
We flew last month and DS was 3 months old. He did great. I would just bring a bottle to feed her on take off and landing. He didn't really want the bottle when we landed and the pressure didn't really seem to bother him either.
JetBlue had a nice little changing table in the bathroom which was a plus too.

Re: flying with 3 month
We flew from NY to Curacao when DS was 3 mo. He slept pretty much the entire flight. I changed him right before we got on the plane and again as soon as we got off. I tried to nurse him on take off and landing but he really only wanted to look around. The pressure didn't bother him at all. He never tooka paci so no advice on that. No matter how long the flight, take an extra outfit or 2 for you and the baby. I had to change him twice because of spitups

Re: flying with a 3 month old added another question
My DD is 3mths and 2 weeks ago we flew from NY to GA. Ped told me to make sure i nurse or bottlefed during take off and landing. However, DD was hungry b4 we boarded. So I nursed her just before we took off and changed her diaper. Once on the plane, she was asleep b4 we even took off. Take off and landing pressure didnt seem to bother her. She slept the entire 2hr flight and woke up just as we landed and started pooping. perfect timing

You do not need to pay for a ticket if she is flying on your lap. Until she is two.

we flew to FLA when DS was 4 months - we did not pay for a seat for him, he was on our lap. I gave him a bottle as we took off and when we landed to help his ears. He was a very good baby.
