Flying with a newborn

I was thinking of going to florida and my son will be 8 weeks. Is this to young to fly?

We flew to Florida when my DS was 8 weeks old and it was alot easier than I thought. As long as your son has his shots, I think it would be fine espeically since we're not in flu season anymore either.

For me, my DS either nursed or slept the entire plane ride and we brought the car seat base for the rental car when we got down there. he actually lloved the fresh air and warmer weather (this was in NOvember). The only pain was getting through security as I had to wake my sleeping baby to take him out of the carseat. Plus we had our 14 month old DD at the time so it was quite an adventure! But I'm sure you'll do fine.
