Focus T25
Anyone try it? I just ordered it but I'm curious what others think of it. Hoping I can do it, I haven't worked out in quite some time especially since I just had my DS 4 months ago. The results in the videos look awesome so I'm excited to try it but I just hope I don't kill myself trying to do the videos.

let me know how you like it... i have done insanity, i am wondering if its like insanity but just 25 minutes straight w/ no breaks.

It is amazing. Let me know if you want more details as I am a beachbody coach.
People are getting insane results and loving that it is only 25 minutes per day. There are modifications for all fitness levels.
