follow up from last week behrs furniture post

i dont recall who made the initial post but i replied that i was sched'd for a delivery today and would post my experience.
well the crib that came was not what we ordered, same designer and color though, but wrong design. 1st call i made re: this they were great and said just keep it and we will place a new order that can take up to 12 wks for delivery- i was fine w/ that as this crib is beautiful but i still want the one i ordered.
2nd prob- the armoire had a big scuff mark on the corner-pointed it out to the guy he had some kind of filler and covered it up-looked fine-after he left i went to clean it and the doors would not open w/out a struggle. as i am pulling its chipping the paint off. than i notice one of the knobs is all chipped (its exspresso color so all chips are very noticable)
i call the store who said to call customer service so i did and the girl was so nasty. she sid that noone can come back today and that the driver said everything was perfect when he left. she said we have to wait for a service tech to come look at it next week. my husband just took a drve there a little while ago to speak to a mgr, but the manager was not in and will be back thursday. while he was there i opened the draws on the bottom and now they dont line up properly so, sofar i am not happy w/ my $4000 purchase from behrs. i am curious to see what happens. i hate to post such a negative post but i said i wuld let previous poster w/ problem know my experience w/ behrs.
