Food Diary website

This week I went to see a dietician and frustratingly i'm not eating enough!!! I knew some of what i was doing wrong before I went (like not drinking enough milk etc) but I wasn't expecting her to tell me I needed close to 3,000 cal a day Chat Icon She mentioned I really need to wait to talk to the OB next week since i'm not a 'small' person and i don't want to gain too much.

Does anyone use a website to help keep track of what they are eating? For some reason it seems like the only way i'm good with keeping track.

I just use google docs. I created an excel-like workbook that adds up all of my calories, fat, protein, sugar, and fiber. I use calorieking.com, dailyplate.com, and dietfacts.com (good for restaurant foods) to find out the nutrition info and keep a list of common foods that I eat so I can just pull them without having to look them up every time.

Thanks, thats exactly what I was looking for!!!! I signed up on it though technically it wouldn't let me at first when I entered multiple babies so i unchecked that.

One of my co-workers mentioned sparkpeople but she was talking about diets since she didn't know I was PG and i didn't realize they had something specifically for that.
