I would probably do a yogurt pouch, some fruit, cold cuts, and crackers. I get DD the boar's head low sodium ham or turkey. I just roll it up and cut it into bite size pieces she can feed herself.

At the beach I typically keep to easy stuff they can eat & go & tons of healthy snacks to hydrate.....fruit (cut apples, grapes, berries), cut veggies (carrots, cucs, peppers) & hummus, yogurt or drinkable yogurt, fruit pouches.
I fed my kids turkey, but I wouldn't try it for the 1st time at the beach.

At the beach, I would just stick with lots of fruit and water to keep hydrated. A frozen yogurt pouch, some crackers. Really, you could just bring anything that wouldn't spoil too quickly and keep it in a cooler.

I usually pack fresh fruit, pasta salad, cheese sticks, squeezable pouches, crackers, water in sippy cups, sometimes as a treat I freeze a go gurt and pack that as well.

Fruits and veggies with dips like hummus or ranch. Yogurt, small salads maybe. Hard boiled eggs, sunflower butter sandwich.
