Food Processor -help me pick one

Looking to buy my first Food Processor. I have no idea where to begin:). Do I need a 9 cup or a 13 cup? Should I get one that has the special attachments? What brand is good? thanks!

- just to add I own a Kichenaide stand mixer that I love! So I am wondering if I should stay with that brand?

For my BDay I just got a cuisinart one that I love. It is a 12 cup but has an insert that you can make it a 4 cup. It I think 5 or 6 different attachments and 2 different size things to push the food through.

Re: Food Processor -help me pick one

We have the 12c Kitchenaid and I LOVE it! It has the shredding attachment and a high and low blade. I seriously could not live without it! I shred cheese, veggies, and all sorts of things. I made baby food in it, guac, to smooth a brocolli cheese soup. I use it a lot. Might I also suggest the pampared chef mini manual food processor also? I use that seriously every single day. I use it to chop my onions and garlic together, to shred chicken or beef, to dechunk some foods for my daughter, a smal batch of guac. I love it!

I have the Kitchenaid 3 in 1 food processor and I love it. It has 3 nesting bowls so if you are making something that requires a lot of ingredients you don't have to wash the bowl everytime you go to use it again.
