Re: football season
The only reason I used to like football was when we used to bet on the teams every week through his sisters restaurant and one time we won-other than that I can't really stand it...when we were engaged it would give me time to do wedding crafts though

Re: football season
My hubby is a crazed football fan and is an active baseball fan too. He is on two Fantasy Football teams and one Fantasy Baseball team.
I hate, HATE, HATE it. Tried to be supportive, now I just do my own thing and try to ignore it.

Re: football season
I sort of am. I'll watch every Vikings game with him, but he has the direct TV package that lets him watch 8 games at a time, that drives me nuts. BTW Football season never ends in my house. During off season he watches European Football league, he watches replays of games played during the season, he watches anything with the words Foot and BAll in the title. OOH yea and he plays on a tackle league too. And the neighborhood kids ring our bell every night/weekend so he can come out and play football with them

Re: football season
my husband likes football, but is not a crazy fan. It doesn't bother me that he watches it. I actually called him the other night and told him that pre-season was on...he was so excited. I don't love it, but I tolerate. sometimes, we'll make wings and have chips. It's fun.

Re: football season
Fortunately, my FH is not really into professional sports (except UFC). Ironic because he's a physical education teacher
edited to write FH instead of husband - oops!! :)

Re: football season
My DH LOVES football, luckily I am a huge fan too. We have season tickets to the Philadelphia Eagles and I went to Penn State. In the Fall, football is our life!! When we don't go to games, we always cook something yummy (chilli!) and invite people over. It is so fun. I can't wait!
