For Any NYC Teachers Who Have GHI and Did IVF, Then Had a FET Thereafter, PLEASE Come In...

I had my DD through IVF in 2008. We are going to do a FET this Summer and was wondering if we need to go through the things GHI required such as an HSG and a semen analysis since we are done with all that and have embroyos frozen. Also, when I went through IVF we had to show why IUI was not an option for us (severe male factor infertility) and we got approved right away to bypass IUI's and go straight to IVF. I am wondering for my FET if I need to go through all of this again? Anyone????

i didnt have to do anything... i just got the letter of approval for my insurance company... unless li ivf did it without me knowing?
