For girls who came off the pill
Did you get new or different pre-AF "symptoms" after you came off the pill? Or, were you "symptoms" pretty much the same?

I have been off the pill for over a year now and every month is COMPLETELY different from the month before. One cycle I cramped for 2 days and another I felt nothing. Back and forth. When I was on the pill, i was pretty asymptomatic.

I've noticed different pms signs. For example my breasts never got sore while on the pill, the past 2 cycles they've been killing me the week approaching AF. Last month I thought it was a sign of pregnancy - little did I know it was just pms.

The only thing that's different for me is now that i'm off the pill I get a few days of spotting before AF comes.

My symptoms are totally different. On the pill I would just get a little moody. Now I get awful cramps, I get dizzy, and my boobs are very sore. I keep hoping that they are symptoms of being pg but I think it's just PMS. It's pretty great.
