I just found out today that I have fractured my heel from jogging  has this happened to anyone or do you know anyone that it has happened to? if so can you tell me what they did for it and how long you couldn't jog for? I don't see my otho dr until next thurs and the stuff on the online scares me alittle

I fractured my foot last xmas eve, by rolling my foot. I didn't mind not running, since it was winter - so I am a little blurry about how long I was out...I did run the 1/2 marathon in early may though - I want to say that I started in Feb or around then - but it could have bit of laziness, mixed with cold-weather aversion...LOL
