For Moms that make their own food...apricots
FYI:
If you use dried apricots (actually probably any dried fruit) you can get the sulphur free kind at Whole Foods.
I believe there is a risk of using a product that has sulphurs such as sulphur dioxide. I was having a hard time finding the sulphur free kind at the supermarket so this was a good find.
And if I was the last one to know this I apologize.

I didnt know..thank you!! I luckily found fresh apricots at Trader Joes last week, but will probably be going to whole foods for the next shopping trip.

They have sulfur free dried apricots and prunes at Trader Joe's.

Thank you so much! I bought regular ones and then read in my recipe that I needed the sulfur free ones, and now I haven't gotten around to trying to find some. Now I know where to look
