for sale by owner help...
ok... so DH and i are buying his parents house from them, and selling ours. we decided to try to sell ours "For sale by owner" first before calling a realtor. ( our house is right near DHs work, so hes going to put a flyer up there for a couple weeks and see what happens.) SOO... we are making up the flyer now, and trying to figure out... should we put the pictures of the house at the top, and then the text telling about the house at the bottom, or vice versa? what do you think would catch peoples attention more?? thanks for any input 
ETA: pics are in my albums, if that helps

Thanks!! it was a total fixer-upper when we bought it... i'm soo pround of DH, because he did all of the work on it himself
its in NJ... morris county
