Totally agree on the "pent up sexuality" thing.
That is something that is not easy to recreate!
same here, plus all the excitement of seeing each other and looking nice for each other.

spontaneity... I used to be able to just up and go to PA to visit my best friend, now it's a big production (mainly with the pups and sometimes dh - "can't you just wait and we can go together?")
I love traveling with dh, but sometimes I'd just like to wake up on a weekend am and say, "i think I'll go to ________."
That's pretty much the only thing I miss being single.

The "wooing." I remember for my and DH's 1st Valentine's Day together he had me get all dressed up and took me out to dinner. I got to his house and he had one single fake red rose with a card saying that this rose will last forever just like his love for me. He also got a box of chocolates and took out the chocolates and put my favorite candy in its place.
Now, that kind of thoughfulness has disipated. He's kind and loving and my absolute best friend, but a romantic he is not. I miss that..........
Def the "wooing"!!! He used to get me a card for no reason!!

Absolutely nothing.
I spent most of my life single, so I'm over it. I hated the frst kiss (probably because of bad kissers), hated first dates, wondering if there would be a second date....everything.

There is NOT one single freakin thing I miss about being single. I always hated the butterfly feeling--- It used to bother my stomach alot and very uncomfy. I also hated the game crap. The calls? Ugh, dont miss that at all! :
I feel for my single friends........cuz all they wanna do is just meet someone already.......and it breaks my heart to see them wanting what most of their friends already have

I miss being able to just go out at 10pm to my girlfriends house to hang out for an hour because we can't sleep. Or doing anything at all with my girlfriends at the drop of a hat.
