for those going back to work after baby is born (small company ?)
I work for a company with less than 50 people so we do not qualify for the family medial leave (must hold your job) My boss verbally told me I will have a job when I come back - should I try to get something in writing?? Or go with his word?
(I have been with them for just over a year)
