i went off the pill about 8months ago.. i was NOT regular at all.. i would be 2 weeks late sometimes and give myself mini heart attacks 
but I am starting to get more regular on 28 days the past 2 months

Before I turned 30 it was every 28 days like clockwork. Now its anywhere from 28 to 32 days. So annoying.

I am very regular -- Usually every 28 or 29 days or so ... although I really dont keep track very well....but it just comes when it is supposed to.
As far as PMS I get moody (more so now after I've had the baby then ever before) and I get lower back pain.

Every 29-33 days. It depends on the month and from which ovary I'm ovulating from 
I get a strong headache and very dry eyes the day before and incredibly tender breasts the week before (except for this month  ).
I jeep a little journal since I'm not looking to get pregnant now...I need to know when I'm O'ing so as to avoid DH

i have been off BC for 3 full cycles, about to be on my 4th, i am averaging 34 days. Sometimes 33 sometimes 35, so average 34. When i was on BC it was 28 days without question.
