For those of you that had DC's that hair got darker over time
When did it get the darkest and stay that way...DD's hair is like a light golden brown or even a dark golden blonde...I have ultra darkest brown hair and DH is medium brown. Her eyelashes are actually darker than her hair and eyebrows, and her hair got a bit lighter over the summer...I was just wondering if her hair was going to get darker, I see her roots coming in a bit darker but not sure if that's just bc she hasn't been in the strong summer sun..

I wonder this too, in both DH and my family for some reason, boys are born with light brown hair and it turns dark over time. I think DH's didn't turn dark till he was 5.
DS has light brown hair and everyone in our families has been warning me not to get used to it and that it will change.

yah no one in our family has light hair, so I'm just curious to see when it will get really dark...

DS1 had almost blond hair for a good portion of his first and second year. Around 2.5 it started to change but then summer came along and he went blonde again.
He seems to be darkening more though. MIL told me that DH was blonde like that until 10.

DS has beautiful light brown hair. It looks amazing in the sunlight. I had the same color hair as a child but now my hair is a dark, dark brown. DH's hair is black. I'm not sure when my hair changed but it was after age 4. Wondering too what DS' hair will do.

JOrdan had super light blonde hair when she was little and now its dark blonde(dirty blonde) I would say that it became the color it is today by about the age of 5.

DH had reddish blonde hair until he was at least 5. Now, his hair looks more light brown. DS was born with blonde hair. Now his hair looks dark blonde and even reddish in sunlight. When we're indoors, it looks more like a light brown. It's much lighter than my hair and a bit lighter than DH's hair. I'm definitely curious to see what it looks like when he gets older.
