For those that attend home sales parties ? (Tasetfully Simple, PartyLite, Pampered Chef etc)
I just started my own business with a direct sales company and am surprised when people want to book parties on the weekend. Most of the parties ive ever been to have been weeknights and personally i dont like attending on the weekend b/c thats usually when i get stuff done. (Although i understand some people work late on weeknights and cant attend otherwise)
I feel like the turnout of the party might be different depending on what day the party is held - I was just wondering what other people preferred.

I like evevings. Regardless of the day.
I have a young child, I have to wait for DH to come home so I can have my own time.
I don't like weekend afternoons because I feel it takes on family time and we always have something to do.

i prefer friday/sat night... i dont like doing things at night during the week...

I prefer Friday nights. During the week is sometimes hard for me b/c of having to get home for my dogs and DH coming home late.

I like either fri nights or in the afternoon on a sat or sun. Most that Ive been to were on weekends, not weekdays.

I work full time and have a toddler - it's tough for me to do things on weeknights, so I prefer weekend nights.
I would only go on a weekend day if I had nothing else going on that weekend. I have too many other things that have to get done during that time.

I also prefer weekend ones.....Friday nights or even Sunday afternoons.
With that said, I'm hosting one this Wednesday night, because my weekends are always crazy. That and because my sister, who is one of the sales reps, is only available on weeknights.

LOL if you lived closer i would have come... but i dont get home till 6:15 and it would take at least an hour, maybe more, to get to Massapequa... i still love you tho lol

I prefer weeknights, or Saturday or Sunday day. Our weekend nights book up very quickly. But we don't have children yet, so that would be different from someone that has to put a child to bed at night, or figure out care for their child.

Weeknights or friday nights work best. I would not mind a saturday or sunday day...but saturday night? not for me.
