For those that have refinanced have you had trouble getting your how to appraise well?

For those that have refinanced have you had trouble getting your how to appraise well?
I am so nervous that i won't be able to get my loan b/c of it. Have many appraisals been coming in real low?

I had 2 done in the last 6 months, one was higher then I expected and the recent one came back exactly what we paid for it back in Oct 07'.
I was nervous also, but there is really nothing you can do, it's the times we are in

Ours came in for less than what we paid for the house in September 2007. Thanks to the new housing packages passed by Obama, we were able to refinance with no problem through our credit union.
