For those that say certain celebrities have had plastic surgery - quesion...
For the stars that claim they haven't had plastic surgery (specifically on their face), but people swear they did - how would they hide it?
Like people say Kim Kardashian had a nose job recently? With her being out in the public eye like every day, wouldn't that be a bit hard to hide? Yes, no? Just curious.

she's not out everyday though - it just seems like it, with all the photos constantly
certain procedures are "minor" and downtime is very quick...
celebs also have special entry ways for surgery places, and it's generally not done in a hospital, but in a surgeon's office/recovery center. They can sue for breach of privacy should an employee ever speak of their surgery.
