For those that use Avent pacifiers how do you clean them?

My mom through out the package after she sterilized them - when I washed it in soap and water bubbles got trapped in the nipple part that I can't get out...how do you normally clean them?

Run them under water and squeeze the nipple a few times. That should get the soap out.

I sterilize them when I first buy them, then wash them with soap and water. Then I wash them with soap and water everyday and sterilize them periodically.

I boiled the first time before using, then every once in a while i run through dishwasher and squeeze out water before drying.

I boiled them when I first got them. Now I run them under hot water and put them in the sterilizer. And like the others, if there is excess water in it, I squeeze it out.
