If your DC uses the Avent pacifiers
Did you switch to the 3-6 pacifiers at 3 months? I didn't even know such a thing existed until I saw 3-6 month ones at Stop and Shop the other day.

I don't know if I switched at exactly 3 months- but I did swith- and now Maddie is 10 months and she used the 6-18m ones- although if we're desparate- she'll use the smaller ones- but she prefers the bigger ones. (the nipple is larger)

we do the same my son is 8 months today and he still uses the 0/6 month ones now and again but mostly the 6/18 month ones i just found new ones that have more ventilation holes like the smaller ones but for 6/18 month i dont like the colors though

We switched at 3 months and then at 6 months. DD never had a problem adjusting. I don't think she ever noticed and she is a pacifier girl all the way!
