for those trying to find new workouts.....without going out to the gym!
Use your on demand!!!!!!!
I totally forgot they had workouts on there....I came home early from work today b/c we went to visit a vendor only to find out that I locked myself out of the house....so since I'm trying to work on my calmness (HA!).....DH left work early to let me in....I made a quick dinner & at this point I was ummm slightly cranky...so I thought TODAY I'm going to start my yoga routine......and I found a ton of yoga sessions on there....
it was GREAT!!!!!!

Go to your On Demand (I have verizon)....go to "browse all".....then click on "my life"... & got to "exercise tv"....there is a pilates & yoga section I did the "Zen in your den" and "yoga abs"
there is also some other cool ones....10 min. workouts....5 day fit...walking!

omg i just did it (i have optimum) and they have prenatal yoga too! thats gonna come in handy...someday!

 psshhhh did you forget vin's a cable guy?!?!? This is a Cablevision household ;)
I just had him search- idk how. I don't have yoga.. I have pilates.. Should be interesting. I was looking for something to mix in..

I have Optimum too....how do I find it. I have to say Verizon has a MUCH better on demand and DVR, but their customer service SUX!!! I wish Optimum would change theirs.

(I still don't know how to copy a response, sorry)
To get to workout on Optimum, go to channel 500, choose "free on Demand" then "sportskool" then choose "fitness" or "yoga" whichever you prefer.
