Please tell me your experiences with them. We are currently not very pleased with their service. I was so happy when we meet with Lyn Law.. but after that it's been not so great. The loan officer we were matched up with never answers her messages from us, she never picks up and she calls us at home when we specifically told her to call my DH's cell during the day b/c we both are at work!! HELLO! UGH this is so frustrating! We are supposed to hear soon whether we are clear to close!

We were working with John Pi at one point, but then once things started moving it was Brenda Funder-something or other in FL, she was useless. Needless to say we're in our homes & have an awesome mtg to boot, but oh boy...those times were painful!

YES!! we are dealing with the same people! We still deal with John but now Brenda is SO hard to get a hold of! She is really making us very frustrated...
Well, I iam glad things worked out for you and I hope she takes some speed or something soon. lol
If you don't mind me asking what rate did you lock in at? When did you lock in? Before the ten year note skyrocketed?

Ok, good...we called her Brenda Funderbutt - seriously...for the life of me I couldn't get her name right...
Anyway, she even made my HR mgr do one of these because she would leave her the most rediculous msgs when she called to verify employment.
We locked-in in Feb at 6.125%.
