hmmm.. i've been to vegas plenty of times so i guess i would go for the money.
I guess I should add neither of us have ever been to vegas.

Right now I, personally, would take the money. We had two trips this year and with selling this house and buying a new one that needs a new kitchen, new 2.5 baths, finished basement, and new interior doors etc. I also bought no new clothes last year due to the wedding... I'm going to look like a bag lady sooon.
That being said, Maxine, if I were YOU I would take the trip. You guys didn't go on a honeymoon right? You need a break and if it would be easy to get a babysitter for that time then you and DH should go.

I would probably take the vacation. I think I'd feel guilty about spending the $1500 on one thing!!
