Formula feeding?

How much were your babies eating at 3 weeks? my girls seem to get hungry now every 2 hours, except overnight they will go 3 to 4 hours , we upped their feedings to 3 ounces last week and that helped out but they are getting more hungry now, i just gave one of the girls 4 ounces and she sucked it dry, she had just eaten 3 ounces less than two hours before.
I go to Ped tomorrow and will probably be told to give them 4 ounces but just wanted to if this is normal.

at 3 weeks they were eating 3 oz every every 2 1/2 to 3 hours, if she drank all of the 4 oz then up the amt, at 3 months one of mine will now sometimes drink 6oz while the other will still only drink 4 oz
