formula feeding question...
Is it bad to give ready to feed formula and powder at the same feeding? DS is drinking the hospital ready made 2 oz bottles but he seems to be looking for more. I have a can of powder. Would it be ok to make a half an oz extra after he finishes the ready to feed?

Definitely ok! They are the same thing, maybe a slightly diff. concentration but the same...

We've done this. When transitioning formulas, we've mixed the powder and concentrate in one bottle.

I've given RTF formula, powder and breastmilk in one feeding. I couldn't tell sometimes when he was done.
