Formula question...
James is on Enfamil Premium. It's what they started him on in the hospital and we've continued using it here at home.
If he was going to have a bad reaction to it (reflux, etc) it would have happened by now, right? He's been on it for a week now.
He takes between 2-3 ounces at a time, usually 6 times a day. There's always lots of pee & poop. He does spit up, but not so much that I am concerned and the only time he cries is when he is hungry.

Re: Formula question...
DS started on Similac with Iron and was fine until about 4 weeks. Thats when he got super gassy and uncomfortable, he would cry out in pain for a second and then be fine.
We changed his formula at 4 weeks to Good Start (took about 10 days to really notice a difference) and he was on that until 12 months.

Re: Formula question...
I'm not sure, but, in my son's case, his reflux didn't show up until exactly 4 weeks. He was always a little sensitive, but it was HORRIBLE starting at 4 weeks. Sounds like the formula is working for your baby!

Re: Formula question...
everythig sounds fine. Usually around 4 - 8 weeks most babies have issues with gas b/c of their immature digestive system. Most babies then switch to gentlease.
Enfamil Premium is actually the best formula out on the market right now...
