Four shot at Westbury restaurant
Four people were shot late Sunday night inside a Westbury restaurant but their condition was unknown, authorities said.
Officer Mary Verna of the Nassau County Police Department said the shooting occurred at about 11:15 p.m. Sunday at the Don Juan Mexican restaurant, known for its festive club scene and strolling mariachi musicians.
The restaurant is directly across from the The Source shopping center.
This is the only article I can find. My husband heard someone died.

From this quote, it appears it happened in the parking lot, not inside the restaurant:
One man was shot dead and two others were in critical condition after gunmen ambushed them with a barrage of bullets through their car windows after a teen night dance at a Westbury restaurant late Sunday night, the Nassau police said.
The men, whose names were not disclosed by the police, were shot at around 11:15 p.m. by two or three suspects who shot them soon after they got into their car in the parking lot, the police said. The shooters then ran away.
Such a shame.

I heard that the police were investigating a shooting in Westbury this morning on 97.5 when they were giving the traffic report since a few roads were closed for the investigation!
