foward facing car seats
So DS is turning one at the end of the month and I was wondering which foward facing car seat you have. I know the Britax comes highly recommended but my DH is not to happy about the high price tag.

Re: foward facing car seats
Graco comfortsport comes highly recommended from my agency, who has a carseat safety program.

We have the Britax Marathon and the Graco Comfortsport. We love both!

Re: foward facing car seats
another vote for Graco comfortsport. Just wanted to add...our's is still rear facing and DD is 14 months. She is tall for her age and she still fits nicely rear facing. There's no rush to change the seat to forward facing...the longer you can keep them rear facing the better !

Re: foward facing car seats
The latest recommendations are to try and keep them rear-facing up to two years old. I think 18 months is more realistic, but keep them rear-facing as long as possible. Don't worry if their legs are touching the back, or their knees are bent. It's what's safest for them.
