FP Laugh and Learn Home or Kitchen
Which would you recommend? My mom meant to buy the kitchen for DD and got the Home instead. I'm not sure if we should just keep the Home. Do you think one is better than the other?
ETA: AFter reading some of the related posts, I am wondering if DD will outgrow either one of these to quick. DD is 1. Do you think either are good gifts? Do you recommend another home/kitchen?

DD still loves learning home. Its actually pretty cool! Her and her 16 month old cousin play with it for hrs.
wanted to add that the kitchen is small so its probably played with for a limited time. Eventually you will need a mych bigger kitchen anyway. I would buy a regular kitchen and keep the home.

We have had the kitchen since DD turned 1, and at 16 months she still loves it.

Go with the home - the kitchen was nice for a short time - but DD got her home for christmas when she was 6 months and still plays with it now. Her kitchen has been replaced with a step 2 one that she plays with all the time.

Kaydyn loves the kitchen.....she loves turning the light on and off and opening and closing the fridge door...she can sit there for an hour just doing that.

DS has both. He got the 'home' for Christmas when he was 6 months and the 'kitchen' at his first birthday. He is now 18 months and still plays with both!

DD has the FP kitchen and plays with the Home at her friend's house.
DD got it around 9 months or so and she loved it until around 14 months. She then started playing with it for 2 seconds and moving onto something else. Then she started trying to climb on top of the stove so it was time to move it to the basement.
DD liked the kitchen and home probably equal. DD is 17 months tomorrow and her little friend is 2....neither have played with the house at my friend's place in a good few months.
