Freaking money pit!!!!
Had a roofer here last week with all the rain to repair our roof. Chimney company comes yesterday because chimney was leaking and we need a new chimney. He literally put some weight on it(the chimney) and the thing was hanging off my 30 yr old house! Better yet my 7 week old daughters playmat is in my den right under this chinmey. Thank God it didn't give in, it would have fell right through the roof onto her. Can my maternity leave get any better financially?? LOL So we are in this PIT for 4 years and have redone everything!! Heating, electrical, plumbing, CAC......now a chimney.....it's a new freaking house again!!! Ughhhh

But just think - it's basically a nice investment for you guys - whenever you do turn around to sell it, you'll get more money for it with all the updates!
