hey jen - we made the living/diving room on there and put in some furniture (i went on websites to get the exact sizes of the pieces we like) andthere is way more space left in there than i thought there would be (which is a good thing!!)
i did everything to scale so i am guessing it's pretty accurate right?

If you did it to scale, than I think it should be pretty accurate. That is great that you have more room than you thought.

yeah DH and I were playing with it last night and we were shocked....we were worried it would be really tight to have an L shaped couch and dining room table in the room but with the furniture we picked it fits! the furniture we looked at IS on the small side - but we were still worried...
now we just have to get the freaking place!!!

Word of advice, make sure you go to the store and measure the furniture in the store (if you can go to the store) and make sure the measurements are correct. Sometimes the way they measure the L shaped couch is a little off. Than of course remeasure the space in the house before ordering.
